  • Who are you and how experienced is Picsurely?
    Picsurely is one of India’s leading wedding photography and cinematography teams, founded and led by Regan Bharti, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. Established in 2014, we have covered more than a thousand weddings across India and abroad with a dedicated in-house team of over 30 professionals.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer complete wedding photography and cinematography services, including candid and traditional photography, cinematic highlight films, teasers, reels, and full-length traditional videos. We also provide coffee-table albums, drone coverage, and facial-recognition AI links for seamless online sharing.
  • What is included in your standard package?
    Our typical package includes around 1500 edited high-resolution photos, a 4 minute cinematic teaser and a 20 minute wedding film. All content is shared via Google Drive along with an AI photo-sharing link.
  • How do I confirm my booking?
    To confirm your booking, we require 40% of the total package amount as an advance, 40% on the first day of the wedding, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the final photos and videos. The advance payment is non-refundable, as we block the dates exclusively for you once the booking is confirmed.
  • How long will it take to receive the deliverables?
    Highlight photos are delivered within two weeks of the wedding, reels within three to four weeks, the trailer within six to eight weeks, and the complete wedding film and photos within eight to ten weeks. Traditional videos are shared within three months. During the peak season from November to March, timelines may extend slightly, but we always keep you informed.
  • Can we request edits or changes?
    Yes, we allow two rounds of revisions for your wedding movie or teaser. Photo edits include only colour correction and tone enhancement, matching the signature Picsurely style. We do not perform body modification or extensive retouching, and Instagram reels cannot be changed after delivery.
  • Do you provide RAW files?
    Yes, we can share RAW photo and video files after the full payment is completed. The files are provided in a 2 TB hard disk that the client must supply. We retain RAW data for up to six months after delivery.
  • How long do you keep our photos and videos?
    We retain all data for six months after final delivery. After this period, all RAW files are deleted due to storage limitations. We recommend downloading your Google Drive links within six months of receiving them.
  • What happens if our event is cancelled or postponed?
    If the event is cancelled, the booking advance is non-refundable since the dates have been reserved exclusively for your wedding. However, we always try to accommodate new dates if our schedule permits.
  • Who owns the copyright to our photos and videos?
    Picsurely retains the copyright for all photos and videos by default and may use selected visuals for its portfolio or social-media showcase. If you prefer to own the complete copyright, it can be transferred at an additional cost.
  • Will your team need accommodation or meals?
    For destination weddings, accommodation and meals for the team are required at the same venue. During all functions, our team should be included in guest meals, and while we do not consume alcohol on duty, refreshments are essential due to the nature of the work.
  • Do you offer albums?
    Yes, we provide premium coffee-table albums sized 12×12 inches with 30 sheets, featuring approximately 150 curated photos.
  • How do you ensure data safety and backups?
    All images and videos are triple-backed up using professional storage systems to ensure complete safety and redundancy. While we maintain strict data protocols, events beyond our control—such as fire or natural disasters—are considered force majeure.
  • What happens if your team cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances?
    In the rare event of illness, injury, or emergencies, we will make every effort to arrange an equally qualified replacement team. If no suitable replacement is available, we will refund all payments received in full.
